I speak to parents on the phone and they say that they have tried to organise the party  themselves and after about ten minutes the children are running around and out of control. This is when they realize it is not quite as easy as it looks and they phone the expert. Some parents call and say they have tried the ‘Fun House’ type of venues with bouncy castles and ball ponds but again without any organized entertainment the children soon get bored and restless.

A lot of parents will now spend more time and money on their children’s birthdays than they would on their own. The reason that parents ask me to entertain at parties is because I organise the complete party for them, from the moment the children arrive right to the end of the party as they take their balloons and party bags home, along with a beaming smile!

Most of my shows are through repeat bookings and recommendation, which means I have to have plenty of different shows. I have about ten shows for all ages as the children do not want to see the same magic again as there will be no surprise element. I always ask the birthday child to produce the live rabbit at the end of the show but I have different ways to do this.

I can usually recommend a venue to parents if they are new to the area or need some advise. I have entertained in many different venues such as village halls,sports centres,golf clubs and many private houses.
